Poland’s annual inflation rate eased to 3.1% in July 2025 from 4.1% in June but slightly above the market expectations of 2.8%, preliminary estimates showed. This marked the lowest level since June 2024, mainly driven by the decline in fuels for personal transport equipment (-6.8% vs 3.5% in June). Meanwhile, prices increased for food and non-alcoholic beverages (4.9% vs 0.6%), and electricity, gas and other fuels (2.4% vs 1.1%). On a monthly basis, consumer prices rose to 0.3% in July from 0.1% in the previous month.
