Customer support is great, quick, not pushy and knowledable

I never knew trading forex can be such smooth :) But I must thank Orbex for a great experience since last 8 months. They offer good conditions and are fast in processing withdrawals. Also, their spreads and licenses are additional reasons that make me rest assure with them.

Many cross-currencies and excellent trade execution, I always feel happy to be with Orbex. In addition, their deposit/withdraw speed and customer-oriented stupport is really good.

Orbex is one of the few brokers that offer 1.5 pips fixed spreads on majors. There are other brokers who offer similar spreads but variable, meaning when the market is low in volatility, the spreads widen by as much as 15+ pips. I have been a client of theirs since 2011 (ex Afbfx and now Orbex) had many withdrawal requests, and ALL of them had been executed promptly. VPS is good, but not unconditional at least for my standard account, as there is a requirement of trading at least 3.8 lots (if I remember right) in the previous month to qualify for 'free' VPS. As of writing this, Orbex doesn't have a web based trading platform. Their customer service is one of the best in town, the manager who looks after me (Orestis), calls me regularly to check if I'm happy with them, or if there is any issues he can help me with. As you may guess by now, I'm a satisfied customer, and would gladly and confidently recommend them to anybody who would like a broker who is serious about their trading career.
