Not too many brokers ou there that are reliable so to start with I am happy with this. the platform was very convenient and spreads too. overall very good experience!

I have been using Oanda platform for 4 years and it is consistently better than the rest of them.

Not sure why so many small brokers rate higher. Oanda offers all that they do plus the comfort of knowing your money is safe in this well capitalized broker. This is crucial in uncertain times... Remember SNB debacle? Yes, they are a market maker which causes them to have high spreads at times but someone has to do it!

They help you even if you did not do your deposit yet. Other brokers talk a lot but does not help you before you dep. Other brokers push you and tel you a lot of stories, when you deposit your money, There support fades. Oanda help you, and does not push you . They give you space, you are never under presure to do your deposit. They look after you even if you did not sighn up whith them yet. The other brockers, wil help you till a point and then they demand more money othewise they cant help you any more. All the brockers that give you a welkome bonus, be aware. That is there way to get you by your #@$%.

I have been trading with oanda for last one year. I have not come across any major issues. most of the brokers that I have dealt with in the past were nothing but thugs. this one is good

This is the best broker you can find if your account is opened with them outside of Canada. Their leverage for Canada based accounts is the worst. OANDA is also a closed trading platform broker. Their API's are available only for heavy traders. Other than the above two points, they are the best.

BEEN A GREAT BROKER, NO ISSUES WITH DEPOSITS OR W/DRAWS. CSR ARE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL IN HELPING TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS I HAVE EVER HAD. I REALLY LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAVE NEVER HAD TO DEAL WITH ANY CALLS FROM OANDA'S CSR'S TRYING TO UPSELL ME ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS THAT THEY OFFER. SO NO HIGH PRESSURED CALLS FOR UP SELLING OR DEMANDING ADDITIONAL MONIES FOR DEPOSITS. THEIR SIGN-IN FOR THEIR ONLINE HOME SITE / BACK PAGE LEAVES A BIT TO BE DESIRED AS FOR NAVIGATING THROUGH IT TO FIND YOUR WAY AROUND. FEEL LIKE THEY COULD DO A MUCH BETTER JOB WITH THIS LAYOUT AND MAKING IT MORE USER FRIENDLY AND EASIER FOR PEOPLE. THEY DO HOW EVER FXTRADER WITH IS A GREAT PLATEFORM AND I REALLY LIKE THAT OPITION IT OFFERS FOR YOU TO STAY ONTOP OF YOUR TRADING PREFORMANCE. I LIKE THAT YOU CAN AS WELL ADJUST YOUR MARGIN/LEVERAGE FROM 10/1 UP TO 50/1. NOT ALL BROKERS HAVE THIS FEATURE FOR THEIR CLIENTS. ONCE YOU GET THE FEEL OF THEIR ONLINE BACKPAGE AND NAGIVATING ITS NOT TO BAD. I STILL GET SIDE TRACKED GOING INTO MY BACKPAGE FROM TIME TO TIME AND IT DOES FRUSTRATE AT TIMES. I use Oanda for 3 to 4 years. Own app from browser (manual limited functions) is very very good and speedy. From Metatrader... very very bad. They delay the orders, stop losses, etc... Its all about your money... Not for serious traders with serious money. It is not the unique... Easy to get the money from Paypal and to Paypal.

For the last 4 years I’ve traded Forex. I have multiple accountancies around the world and none of them is satisfied with any broker that’s not US regulated. I listed below Oanda’s list of regulators to make my point. No one is as reliable.

I trade with Oanda because they’re specifically Canadian regulated. If I’m going to have a problem, I don’t want to have to write to a regulating authority in another country. Moreover, I got their bonus and I like their FX trader.

Been trading for about 15 years now and Oanda is the worst broker I've ever dealt with.

Owned and backed by the family of Richard Olsen, they own Bank Julius Baer. So remember, when you trade with these crooks, their own bank Julius Baer is trading the other side of your trade = you lose!!

I was trying to open account with the broker and was denied, on further inquiry the online customer service attendant checked my account and said it was company Policy not to open account for Nigerian Citizens....I reside here in the United States
